Nestled within the walls of our spacious locker rooms is a Korean-inspired fusion of saunas, tubs, and therapy rooms. The benefits of sauna culture include detoxification, pain relief, immune system enhancement, weight control, stress reduction, reduction and even ellimination of cellulite, clearer and rejuvenated skin, and so much more. All elements of our facility are meant to help restore the Water Up/Fire Down energy flow in our bodies which is the core principle of natural immunity and abundant health. We offer complimentary towels, bathrobes, uniforms, and a full spectrum of toiletries to accommodate your needs.

CGI is a membership-based community for those committed to creating their health, happiness, and inner peace. Cleanliness, consideration, and collective mindfulness are foundational to keeping our facility the haven of wellness that it has been for the past 26 years.
We offer two options for those who wish to enjoy the facility on a time-to-time basis:
1. Upgrade your service or private session to include facility access on the same day
2. Purchase a Daily Pass Package of 5 passes or more*
*minimum commitment of 5. Redeem individually, one at a time.

Daily Passes are like one-day memberships. They include access to our state of the art ionized heated pool, studio-sized gym, locker rooms, tubs and saunas, group yoga/meditation/qigong classes, and group cardio classes.
