At our state-of-the-art facilities we offer private swimming lessons for both adults and children who either need to learn how to swim, or want to perfect their swimming technique. Our facilities are of the highest cleanliness standards, providing you with access to luxurious Korean-style locker rooms and showers. WHY OUR POOL
Our heated, 25-yard, competition-sized pool is unmatched in Northern Bergen County for its standard for cleanliness and comfort, providing a uniquely warm and inviting environment. At CGI, we employ an advanced double filtration and overflow system to maintain the optimal condition of our pool water. Our unique filters are crafted with natural elements, namely sand and pebbles, ensuring that as water passes, it undergoes ionization, resulting in a remarkably smooth texture. By releasing positively charged silver and copper ions into the water, we eliminate bacteria and viruses on contact without the need for harsh chemicals like chlorine. This distinctive approach even helps to preserve the integrity of swimsuits, swimming caps, and goggles and is gentle on both hair and skin.

GUIDELINES
EVERYONE SHOWERS WITH SOAP AT THE CLUB
Before entering the water and before re-entering the locker rooms the whole body should be washed, including the face.
SWIMMING CAPS & GOGGLES ARE REQUIRED
Swim caps are required for all. Goggles are typically required, but may be waived if a swimmer's face will not go under water.
NO OUTSIDE SHOES IN THE POOL AREA
Indoor-only waterproof sandals may be used if they have never been worn outside. We can provide sandals by the door.
RESPECT APPOINTMENT TIMES
Appointments are required for free swim in lanes 2-4. Please make sure to keep your time so as not to cause confusion.
CHILDREN UNDER 13 MUST HAVE A SWIM LESSON
Children under the age of 13 must have a swim lesson and be accompanied by a swim instructor at all times while in the water.
