- Greet Visitors and Clients
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed appropriately.
- Answer and Route Incoming Calls
- Direct calls to appropriate staff or departments.
- Take accurate messages when needed.
- Manage Appointments and Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, or bookings.
- Customer Service: Address basic inquiries and provide information about the organization.
- Handle customer complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Support for Other Department: Assist HR, Accounting, or other teams with light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Passion for holistic health, wellness, and customer care
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or relevant certifications preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- CPR/AED certification (for fitness-related roles)
- Relevant license or certification (e.g., massage therapy license, yoga instructor certification, etc., if applicable)
- Prior experience in wellness, spa, or fitness settings is a plus

- Generate leads through community outreach, networking, and event participation.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments for in-club visits.
- Assist with daily member care and help foster a warm, welcoming club environment.
- Use internal software to manage memberships, track leads, and process transactions.
- Meet both individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner, ensuring smooth check-in and guidance.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Support general administrative tasks and coordinate with departments like HR and Accounting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Passion for wellness, holistic health, and helping others live balanced lives.
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality — being a people person is essential!
- Minimum of an Associate's degree (college degree or relevant certification preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or wellness/spa/fitness settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR/AED certification preferred.

CGI Health Club
CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa is seeking a certified Personal Trainer available for both gym floor hours and one-on-one training sessions with members.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an engaging, knowledgeable, and responsible personal trainer to actively assist and interact with members on the gym floor, ensuring their safety and offering potential training sessions. This role also includes organizing the gym space to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
MUST HAVE an active certification or degree with working knowledge of fitness techniques, including weight training, stretching, cardio techniques, and current fitness modalities.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with members on the gym floor to offer assistance and safety tips
- Help clients achieve their fitness and health goals through consultation, motivation, and education
- Manage appointment schedules through the staff app
- Clearly communicate with club staff about clients
Availability:
Early Mornings: 6 AM – 10 AM and/or Evenings: 5 PM – 9 PM

- Ensure Pool Safety and Supervision
- Monitor participants closely during lessons to prevent accidents and ensure safety at all times.
- Enforce pool rules and respond immediately to emergencies or unsafe behavior.
- Lesson Preparation and Equipment Management
- Set up pool area and equipment before classes; clean and store materials after sessions.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Customer Service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students and/or parents about progress and scheduling.
- Address questions or concerns, or direct them to appropriate staff when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Passion for teaching, water safety, and personal development
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications preferred)
- Strong swimming ability and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
- Energetic, patient, and encouraging teaching style
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (required)
- Certified swim instructor (e.g., American Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent)
- Prior experience teaching or coaching swimming is a plus
