Welcome to CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa, where fitness and wellness meet. Our intimate small setting creates a non-intimidating atmosphere, allowing you to focus on adding fitness to your overall wellness. With personal training available, cardio machines, weight training, and free weights, we have everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.

Our gym is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, including a Stairmaster, shoulder press, smith machine, leg press, cycling machines, leg extension machines and so much more, giving you the variety you need to challenge your body and take your fitness to new heights. We also offer personalized guidance from our certified trainers, who will work with you one-on-one to develop a customized plan tailored to your individual needs and fitness level.
