Weights
Throughout the day our minds and bodies get out of balance. This class utilizes deep stretching, proper breathing, and posture therapy to harmonize the body and mind, creating a supple but strong body. We finish each class with relaxation and energy meditation.

Tai Chi & Qigong
Harmony of movement, breathing and awareness is needed for the effective practice of Ki Gong. In this class you will learn basic physical movements, breathing techniques and practices to increase Ki awareness. Once your body is filled with internal Ki, its vital activities and natural healing ability are maximized; muscles and cells that have hardened and lost flexibility recover their vitality and suppleness.
Mind & Body Balance

Energy Core
This class focuses on strengthening the core and building up the internal energy of the lower body and lower chakras. We start with deep stretching to open up the energy channels and then move into exercises to build internal strength, endurance, and better focus.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves poses that discipline breath, body, and mind through holding poses and meditation. Because it's done more slowly and poses are held for longer, Hatha yoga allows for deep stretching
Research has repeatedly shown that hatha yoga has a wide variety of benefits for both mental and physical health.

Total Body Blast
This is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and core. It is the perfect workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling great! This total-body targets muscles from head to toe - building strength and endurance, while improving flexibility. Light weights are used to shape and tone refining body alignment and posture.
Yogalates
Yogalates is a fun, body-toning class combining yoga, pilates, and some light weights. It will aide in stress reduction, deeper breathing, mindfulness, lean muscle toning, and flexibility.

Line Dancing
Line Dancing class is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. Unlike circle dancing, line dancers are not in physical contact with each other.Line dancing presents itself as the perfect form of exercise for people of all ages because it provides the benefits of an aerobic workout which helps maintain a healthy heart and also provides a platform for you to get involved in a social environment, which is great for mental wellness.

Pilates
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. You can do Pilates with or without equipment (more on that below), but no matter what, expect the moves to involve slow, precise movements and breath control.
Zumba Gold
Zumba is a form of fitness class in which you burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes, often Latin-American inspired such as salsa, merengue, and samba, but also other types of modern music like hip hop and Bollywood. Some benefits of Zumba are its calorie-burning efficiency (600 to 1,000-calorie burn in just an hour), toning your entire body by targeting lots of different muscle groups at once for total body toning and boosting your heart health.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is focused on building strength and endurance. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories.
Power yoga is a form of Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga, which has its roots in Ashtanga yoga, an established practice that began in the early 20th century. The emphasis is on the flow from one pose to the next, rather than approaching each pose separately. The poses aren’t disconnected from each other, unlike some other forms of yoga.
Core Power & Flex
This is a core focused workout that will involve creative and fun ab, back, glute and other core muscle group exercises along with dance-inspired stretches to make you strong but also flexible! Core exercises train the muscles involved in almost all daily activities to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability.
It is the perfect workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling super strong! Mats, weights and other equipment may be used during class time.
Some benefits include: increasing endurance and blasting fat, preventing injury through strengthening core muscle groups, increasing overall strength, reducing back and joint pain, improving lifting muscle mechanics, better balance, stability, and posture, and increasing flexibility.

Aquasize
Aqua Flow
Aqua Flow is a fun-filled but more gentle water aerobics class. This program is designed class by class to stimulate blood flow and get you moving with the water taking the pressure off your joints.

Water supports the body, putting less stress on your joints and muscles
Working out in water helps build strength. Fighting against the push of the water activates your muscles
Water pressure helps put less strain on the heart by moving blood around the body
The impact of gravity is less in the water allowing a greater range of motion
